Art’s work history began in manufacturing as a circuit board assembly technician for Westinghouse Corporation and then for Northrop Grumman. As part of his twelve year career, Art has built a wide range of components including radar and guidance for F-16 Fighters to Bar Code Readers for the US Postal Service. Art was recognized many times for exceeding monthly and yearly production and quality goals. He served several terms as his production team’s Quality Officer, during which their group was the recipient of the 1997 Northrop Grumman President’s Quality Achievement Award. Art then worked three years for a rechargeable and alkaline battery researcher and manufacturer. Art’s work contributed toward the awarding of five patents during his tenure.
Art began working for QISS as Customer Support Specialist in 2003. He is an integral part of all phases of customer support and has a reputation for solving problems. He always gives the customer his best effort and has a knack for identifying the voices of clients who call the QISS help line. Art and Melissa form a great team in addressing all QISS customer needs.
Art has been married to his wife, Tiffany since 2005. They own two miniature poodles and enjoy spending as much time together as possible. He is the eighth child of ten children. He is a sports enthusiast and has played on baseball, tennis, volleyball and hockey teams. He has many hobbies and has served as an amateur translator of Japanese cartoons. He is an active member St. Thomas Aquinas in College Station and is an officer in the Knights of Columbus.
